SHEPHERD'S DAY EXCURSION

Enjoy a day at a shepherd’s farm and experience making sheep’s milk cheese — pecorino and ricotta. Taste various types of pecorino cheese at different parts of the aging process. Enjoy a meal after observing lunch or dinner preparations of a typical Sardinian menu: seadas and coconeddos hors d’oeuvre, cheese raviolis, oven roasted lamb or piglet, seadas cake and shepherd’s after-dinner drink.
